SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
Orders made online to a delivery address within NEW ZEALAND will be dispatched via COURIER POST and normally will arrive the next business day from date of dispatch (within 3 working days for rural addresses). Current standard shipping rates on all deliveries within New Zealand are FREE for over NZ$200, under $200 is NZ$8.
SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA
For orders delivered to AUSTRALIA we ship via NZ POST. Current standard shipping rates on deliveries within Aussie are untracked NZ$20, tracked NZ$35. Orders tracked should normally arrive within 2 to 5 business days from dispatch (within 8 working days for rural addresses). Untracked up to 10 business days.
We offer Worldwide shipping through COURIER POST, this usually takes between 3 – 8 working days (rural may take longer). CUSTOMS, TAXES AND DUTIES
When shipping a purchase to a country (different from the location of dispatch – we dispatch from NEW ZEALAND) it is likely you will incur some form of CUSTOMS, DUTY OR TAX, because of this it is important to know what you will be charged before making a purchase, and budget those into the price of your item. When purchasing from TOOT KIT the cost of the items price (RRP or otherwise) is exclusive of these charges. Any other chargers incurred when purchasing (“cost to ship”) only cover transport costs to you. It is imperative that you understand your own IMPORT LAW, and the fees, charges or costs that go with those related laws. Once you purchase something from TOOT and ship to another country (any country that is not New Zealand), it is subject to all relative local government import laws. YOU MUST ABIDE BY ALL LOCAL LAWS AND PAY ALL RELATIVE FEES, CHARGES OR COSTS. At TOOT we are unable to advise you on your own import law, and hold no responsibility for any issues, errors or unexpected charges outside of the usual transport costs. Customers are advised to check with their local customs office before making a payment online. It is the understanding of TOOT KIT that such charges are paid on arrival of the item in your country. Under no circumstances will TOOT KIT accept any returns due to issues with customs charges, tax or otherwise. Orders returned to sender will not be received.
